Oh sorry Jeff, I now saw your post that you do have a point of contact at the court house. Good job. Since the short sellers here thrive on hard copy evidence, it shouldn't be too difficult for you to get a copy of the courts verdict pertaining to the 4.4 million shares right from Bonnie. Then you can post (preferably scan) the information in for them to see. BTW, please don't harass BMART about this matter until you have proven to all that his DD supplied by the court house was wrong. Rich_1
