Unfortunately I agree. Their product has real promise though.

HERE's an update:
You all should know that a possible lawsuit is emerging with GEM as David Taylor is trying to send the money back. GEM wants a 50% interest penalty if he does. GEM also has the ability to foreclose on the assets of the company. This is not GEM's doing but the Taylors doing. They negotiated horrible terms and now want to rescind them months later!!! C'mon!

Also, I am worried that the PR firm was given too many free-trading shares that they will need to sell to pay their expenses. When the low volume of the stock lately this alone will undermine any possible move to the upside.

WHY AM I TELLING YOU ALL THIS???

Because we need to exert shareholder pressure to GET A CFO/CEO to turn this company around.

DAVID TAYLOR, until you step down this company is going nowhere.

David and Del Taylor are probably nice enough guys, but horrible judges of character (i.e Former President that ripped them off, Harry Timmons, the consultant, who took the money and ran, Nobel House, who did nothing in the last few months to support the stock and may have been the one dumping in August, using a transfer agent that is under litigation, financing deals for money with convertible debentures and free trading stock at 10 cents or worse, etc.)

I want to mention that GEM Advisors is apparently not the ones that have been selling and I don't blame them for anything. In fact they are trying to work things out with the Taylors since they have stock in the company. But David Taylor won't even return their calls!!!

I have worked with GEM to line up a real financing package with good terms involving NO SHARES OF STOCK BEING ISSUED, just simple interim interest, so Quicktent could go after the big PO's from WalMart, Fred Meyer, etc., but they are not going for it. The Taylors have not returned my calls or theirs.

This company is their own worst enemy.
The Taylors have made a series of blunders that only new experienced management can fix at this point. They need a REAL CFO/CEO and a real MARKETING man.

Good luck all..it will be a tough road back!
We are not only fighting the MM's but also the compnay now.
If there was a way to buy these guys out, we could turn it around in a heartbeat.
