The reason why I asked about ROK closing a semiconductor plant was because I wasn't thinking of them being a DRAM supplier. At the momment, it seems like the closures that hurt ESI most are DRAM plants and there have been enough of them.

ROK seems to have missed the boat on K-Flex modems? They also are calling it quits on their Semiconductor unit which means they need to trim the deadwood and take a few charges before they get a buyer?

This is never a sign of strength for the industry and it won't help ESI, but I'm also not sure where it hurts much. Just my thoughts.

Regards,

Mark
