What do you mean he admitted it? Clinton confessed better than Hyde did. Hyde calls it a "youthful indiscretion" and a "friendship." At least Clinton said his conduct was "improper." C'mon, you can't excuse Hyde's complete lack of candor. As for hypocrisy, I don't really care about his family values hyprocrisy. That's a crock anyway. The hypocrisy I was trying to point out was that Hyde is going to judge Clinton on among other things, two accusations: (1) that Clinton abused his power by decieving the public, and (2) that Clinton abused the legal process. Hyde is doing exactly the same thing. He's attempting to deceive by not fully confessing to his affair. And he's completely abusing the legal process by threatening to refer this matter to the Dept of Justice, and by falsely accusing the WH of being the source of the story. He's intimidating his accusers with the threat of criminal prosecution. That is wrong and hypocritical. (And he compounds his problems by letting his minions go to the Drudge Report and repeating the same threats.)
