Hi Joe. Thanks for the info.

If Cameco purchased Uranez's share of FALC, then I would expect that Cameco now owns the larger percentage. I don't think that it is necessary for KRT to own a portion of that 10% (or even to suggest that the 10% be split between the remaining players) since like you, I don't think that they could afford to pay for it. Cameco is not going to give up a portion of the 10% for nothing just to please their other partners!

In the long run, it probably won't make much difference anyway. KRT has earned in. From here on in every partner pays their percentage of the exploration and development costs. Cameco now has to pay a higher percentage of the costs. And with one fewer partner to approve drilling plans, PR's, etc., maybe things will move faster now....

Wishful thinking, I know, but can't a guy dream a little bit?

Regards.

Grant.

I don't see any logic in the idea of splitting the 10% amongst all the partners. When a company buys another company, it gets the properties that company has, etc... that is a no brainer! If DS was actually saying that he was making such arguments with Cameco, Monopros, etc. then he is making KRT look like a child playing in an adult world! ... sorry to say it, but it would be true. Of course I don't know if he was actually saying such things... or if he was just "hoping" something like that would happen and not actually believing it "should" happen.

As far as Clearwater goes.. I don't give a crap really... the company doesn't have the money to spend there so forget about it.
