Hi Ed/Richard/Bob/jimmy,

IMHO, the following License (purchased by a land broker/agent) is the ONLY parcel of any importance at this sale:

B0134...100%..WINDFALL RESOURCES LTD....$160,161.00...$312.81/ha

This 2 section license granted all P&NG rights and provides "edge protection" on the northern flank. Interestingly, the parcel sold VERY cheaply. (I expected a larger bonus.)

License B0133 that was purchased by TKE/DAL/LEY/Excelsior grants only the deep P&NG rights (below Mannville, say >10,500 feet) and offsets a dry hole drilled to the top of the Elk Point. So, that 3 section license is simply a "long shot" parcel being inventoried cheaply.

The other licenses B0130, B0131, B0132 and B0135 are quite distant from the 3-22 discovery well. And, none of them are contiguous to the existing land holdings of the sisters. All were acquired by agents.

Other "distant parcels" are posted for the upcoming Sept 30 and Oct 14 sales. Also, additional crown lands contiguous to the "holdings of the sisters" are not yet posted. If development drilling is successful in extending the limits of the play, we can anticipate new postings.

FWIW, that's the way I see it, BWDIK. Now, let's see the PR guys!!

Later,
