Let me make one thing perfectly clear - everyone has a right to complain. The first amendment guarantees that. However, complaining does no good if you don't make an attempt to change things. Voting is one way, getting involved in your local politics is another, letter writing campaigns or public debates might be others. Don't merely complain, because the politicians will always do what they think will get them re-elected, and if you don't squeak, you won't get any grease.
