what he said was that countries weren't precluded from cutting rates on their own.. in response to Greenspan's comment about no COORDINATED rate cut.....

Fed Heads have been coming out making all kinds of comments about their view on rate hikes/cuts/no movement...internationally and here at home

heard something about contempt charges being filed today on Reno
