Norman: As one of those people who mentioned the potential for improvement in Albatronics' margins, I meant operating margins only, before consideration of how the business is financed. If memory serves, Albatronics earned something on the order of $50mm operating profit on $2,500mm revenues in recent years. Should that % reach a mere 5%, which, I'm guessing, is low relative to the industry, then the deal will have been profitable. peter
