I always wondered which kennel spawned the likes of BIG DOG and Lebed. Some mangy pickings there.....

Speaking of fiber, one medium-sized pear (with skin of course) contains 4.3g of dietary fiber. Forget the grains unless you're into the pumpernickel bread.
