Steve - Ouch!!
It is just speculation on my part, but I bet that TNNS is really just a shell company. No assets, No contracts, No products. That it is a 'publically traded' company means next to nothing. One of my other loser stocks - MIDL - is a publically traded shell company. After a nice fleecing of investors by insiders, the company is now not trading at all by order of the SEC. Since I have watched the downfall of MIDL I am seeing the same kind of antics in GNNX. First, the company announces incredible contracts and so forth, then they 'give' something to the stockholders that have stayed with them (although they don't actually deliver), then they sell out themselves and disappear until the next time. I surely hope that this isn't happening with GNNX, but, if the shoe fits....

Give me a break now, do you really think a .50 cent a share company is giving away shares in another company that are worth $10.00??

NOT!!

All this law suit talk is pretty much nonsense, it will get you nothing and only succeed in driving the share price lower and discouraging new investors. It is possible some where along the line here, the telecomm contracts and new aquisitions will kick in starting to create some income for the company. At this point thats about the best we can hope for....
