Yep, sounds reasonable. In fact, I had felt all along that LU would takeout ASND (hey, CNBC could have hired me to announce this rumor months back, isn't it? :-) ) ... but now, with this new info presented here and elsewhere, trying to be conservative. Several factors need to be considered, as many others here have mentioned also: as djane also mentioned, can't be before 10/01 (no pooling for LU), someone said they wanted to clear out their option expiration positions before TW tomorrow etc. etc. So, if nothing announced/announcable by this Monday, then as Tim suspects, it may have a room to tank some. All are simply concerns of mine only for the short term. Can anyone state if that 400K big order in the late afternoon, was a fresh buy by a new buyer or simply crossed-out between MMS? Any implications of that ... it was right at the peak ~49.
