It's highly suspect that anyone called BMart's home and made threats, just another subterfuge. His involvement of Dr. Daaboul has brought up some interesting questions, which BMart seems to be evading by playing the harassment card. Note that while he was very vocal about Dr. Daaboul and his intentions to use TON with his patients and his eagerness to have Daaboul and Loricchio consult, he now refuses to state whether he or Pugs or both met with the Dr.
