Picture this, you are watching CNBC, you see a blue chip go by on the ticker tape at your dream target price, there is no PC but thank goodness there is a phone.

You dial the Ameritrade touch tone system and it rings, and rings, and rings, and rings, ................it never picks up. You try several times and then call there support number only to be told that as far as they know the system is working fine.

Luckily I only wanted a quote but damn it happens all too often with Ameritrade.

Now that I do have access to a PC, I find that one of my positions is not being accounted for.

When are these upgrade going to UPGRADE?
