Hey, has any one had a substantive discussion with ZULU or ESVS in the last 8 days about the final details of their deal, or the timing of the ESVS shareholder meeting, or the filing of a proxy with SEC for the meeting, or any SEC comments on the proxy, or the mechanics of how ZULU's common shareholders will get their ESVS common?

Are these guys/companies hiding under a rock, or what?

I have left messages for Bob Smith and Justin Walker.

No offense to Aleta, but her short discussion with Bob Smith did not get to the nitty gritty about the companies, so I would not call it substantive.

Nor would I call PartyTime's meeting with Pattison Hayton substantive, unless it covered if, how and when the final details of this deal will be consummated (such as Zulu shareholders getting their ESVS common). All I can remember about it are the words "pump, pump, pump."

Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, BLAH!

Do you have ANY idea what he was talking about, PT?

How about paraphrasing in your own words?

BTW, I worked with Cold Fusion for about 6 months, developing intranet-based call scripting software for, among other things, American Express's Roth IRA campaign.

IMO, Cold Fusion sucks - is is simple-minded, ugly, limiting, and buggy, and would be a poor way to develop E-commerce sites. (You'd be right in assuming I'd never do another Cold Fusion contract again...)

uh - nice of you to send me a book to read. HOWEVER, the only thing i need to read is something called 'Day's Closing Price' - that sums it all up in 3 digits or less. I have seen so many things come and go, or come and stay that were supposed to lift this stock - NONE HAVE. You could send me the 10 Commandments, War and Peace, or even a Harold Robbins novel - won't change a thing. i WISH TO HELL it would, but NOTHING HAS, (and i will give you the small benefit of a doubt here;) *YET*.
