Well Tom DeLay's (unfortunate last name for this kind of fight) voice cracked he was so upset. It really looked like he had just opened up an envelope with pictures of him being unfaithful, and was in a rush to create a fire break before the flames licked him.

I loved Henry Hyde's argument that it was in his youth - he was 40. I nearly laughed 'til I cried. Nope check that - now I've got tears in my eyes thinking about it again. And argument number two was the statute of limitations had expired.

I'm wondering how many more Jimmy Swaggarts are in Congress?

This is only the opening bell. There will be so many candidates fighting to get to the podium to apologize and admit before being exposed by their opponent that you'll need a scorecard to keep them straight. The press will love it. And we will get sick of it.
