No Clinton wasnt behind it, nor was the White House. In fact Salon even addresses the perception that they are aligned with the White House in the current issue. I dont know, to me Salon seems rather fair on issues, liberal for sure, but how can they be perceived as a front for Clintons people when Horowitz is asking for Clintons resignation? Well whatever.

Hypocrisy in the morally self righteous is especially infuriating, and hateful, is it not?

Yup. Just like all that explicit detail in the Starr report.

Given the apparent ratings support, what could they do that could do any damage? And why would it be worse than committing adultery in the oval office?
