Good Afternoon Larry,

I agree with your assessment. It was disturbing that the Fed Chairman hinted at a rate cut and then deliberately let the wind out of the sails in the market since he saw that investors or traders were bidding it up over the past few sessions. I think it was very unprofessional and tacky what Greenspan did and maybe it is time for someone else to be at the helm. It seems that when Greenspan is about to talk the safest bet is to sell first and ask questions later. Look at companies like Gillette, Coca-Cola and Merrill Lynch. What is Greenspan waiting for?? I think he just does not have it any more. His posture is just antagonizing and his leadership is highly questionable.
