I was disappointed with today's segment from Herb Greenberg at the Street.com

Herb did a hatchet job on the Mach 3 stating that 50% of the people that e mailed him did not like it.

This by no means a scientific study.

He then went on to state his concern that Gilette was managing its earnings.

The commentators did not mention that Kramer and Co. are short the stock.

This is very unethical in my opinion.

I am a shareholder of the company . I don't mind if people have different opinions on stocks as long as they disclose their ownership positions.

I hope I can a response from somebody at CNBC.

It is Lily Tomlin. Guess ATT didn't think it would be a good move for her to do their ads. (Remember Ernistine, anyone?--we're the phone company, we don't care, we don't have to...)
