The NT 10-Q that was filed was for the period ending March 31, 1998. It is unfortunate that this is an incomplete filing, as per my recitation earlier on this thread. One element of its incompleteness is that the 10-K for 1997 is an intervening report has still not been filed.

I think you will find that the reason stated in the NT 10-Q, is a rather preposterous one. I believe from what I can see that their failure to indicate that there are material differences from earlier posting periods, this "valuation" issue notwithstanding, is an incompleteness showing intent to delay unpleasant disclosure.

The SEC filing stating that the delay was entirely attributed to the "intellectual properties" issue was posted on this very thread.

That's what the company says. What does the SEC say?
