Bosco- You are right re the support on Bay at $22.50. This was the low we hit in April after releasing poor earnings results. However, I am not sure I would call that support for NT; it broke its 52 wk low and on heavy volume too. For any TA's out there, take a look at the chart for trading the past two days on a 15 minute basis in the following link. We did over 2MM shares in last 45 minutes! Interestingly, very little of that came in the last 15 minutes. I believe there was some unwinding by hedge funds due to triple witching tomorrow, but that still doesn't give me any warm feelings for tomorrows action by NT. It behaved much worse than the market or its direct competition.

Hope someone else has some insight. This is really ugly.

Dear Paul - you ve a good point. Again, barring from any news driven scenario [fingers crossed!] the only reason why the old BAY support could impact NT [indeed, NT is the larger of the two entity and thus should prevail] would be the stop loss level for the ex-holders of BAY. Hypothetically, there could be also the synergistic effect when the old NT holders misinterpreted the action of the old BAY holders as a bleach and triggered their sell program.

I know, I know, I am jumping hoops to try to make sense.

best, Bosco
