Your right. I didn't think of the NASADQ but having the same underwriters is not only possible its probable. I remember, I once held a very large position in an option situation. The broker was Bear Sterns and I asked them to sell on expiration day. They took the order and ignored it. I didn't find out until the next day. The options expired and I lost 50 grand, 1984. Later I found out that they made the market in the option and were the floor traders as well. Their explanation was they never got an order from me. Your broker can be your enemy.
