Market tomorrow.

The S&P futures are up 4.50 right now and closed at a decent premium of about 1.50 over fair value. Tomorrow is options expiration day and the market could easily reverse at least half of today's losses.

Sometimes on option expiration day you can make money buying stocks that are trading near strike prices because they often close at the nearest strike. A few ideas...

ORCL closed at 26 13/16 today and may move towards its 27.5 strike
VLSI closed at 7 1/32 today and may move towards its 7.5 strike
LSI closed at 12 3/4 today and may move towards its 12 1/2 strike
ADI closed at 14 7/8 today may move towards its 15 strike

ORCL and VLSI look like the best bets considering where they closed today but LSI and ADI might offer good flips if they trade far enough below their nearest strike prices early in the day. This doesn't always work but it will be interesting to watch these four stocks tomorrow to see what happens.
