No No No, You are missing the whole point here. Korean accounting is
very different from US. Like EU account is different from US. In Korea,
These JaiBuels are using large part of same pool of money as collateral
to branch out xyz #s of subsidiaries unlike in US. So the problems are
much larger than you think. For ei, btn LG semi & HD semi have 13Bil-
16Bil debt depends on interest rates. Then in addition you have to
look into each subsidiaries' debt for HD auto, HD Construction, HD
Shipping's debt ...... and same with LG subsidiaries' debt.

Now do you see Domino effects on every JaiBuel? Now tell me again
HD Semi & LG Semi's debt(13Bil~ 16Bil) is nothing compare to MU's!

A lot of bears here want to believe all countries have the same
accounting systems as US. But even in EU, Swiss system is different
from Germans. Why do you think ML got burned so much from Korean
securities last yr? They didn't do their homework upfront, now they
are suing Korean sister ML. They can't blame anybody but themselves
not doing homework.

later,

InSook
