IBM is a favorite of mine only because the premium is usually low and is a common tool for those trying to move the indexes since it is so heavily weighted. The chart is extremely confusing right now because there are allot of weak support lines. Resistance is obviously around 130 1/2 but the support on it is multiple and they are all weak so I like the fact that it can appear to slow down but then just drop like a rock when it is loaded into a sell program.

The close today was at a support line drawing on the strength of the long up candle from last Friday. The next real support that is really any type of test is the one that I expect to hold short term and that is around 122 1/2. This was the top of the hammer formed last Thursday and also where the upward trendline passes connecting the lows from the last two weeks. After that you are clear to 113. I had a boat load of IBMVGs that I had been accumulating but unloaded some today at the high with the intension of getting them back cheaper on the afternoon bounce but had my bid 1/4 too low and missed the spike. I will grab more on any bounce tomorrow or else move on to something else.

Lisa - L3 works just fine. I would call myself Lee but there are too many on SI. Someday I will put my whole name on my profile and you will understand why I go by L3.....
