Chipmakers' bullish outlooks may be the most important sign of improvement in the industry, Kumar believes. Earlier this month, Intel Corp. I am looking for stronger insider buying to confirm that this is indeed the case. JMAR looks pretty good with some limited insider buying. Technically the chart is bad and the upside is probably limited due to overhead resistance at around 2.44. You also have to like the share repurchase. Personally I give it a semi positive rating. If it moves over 2.80 it will be picked up as a buy by those who follow technical analysis alone.

It will move as the semiconductor sector improves.
