Black Mercedes I hear it's the upper class and not the baby Benz. Right now my 10% isn't even enough to pay off 1/2 the Honda. Don't get me wrong. I never begrudge the spoils of great performance and honest hard work. This is hardly the case here. Things like this are really "In your face" to the shareholders. The DelGiorno's really need to get out of the way people. According to the by-laws of CCC we need 1/5 of the shareholders to get the proxy addressing DelGiorno's performance at the annual meeting. That's approximately 3 million shares. This shouldn't be hard to do. Start talking to people. At least we'd make some serious noise. George
