Wayne,

I believe that one of the most important aspects of this deal is the locking up of the common shares of GBIT. Another important aspect is the removal of the Convertible Preferreds hanging over GBIT. Both actions will address any shorting of the stock that has occurred. Bob Cook seems to have a very good reputation in busting shorts, and I anticipate a short squeeze to happen very quickly.

Is your question "what if they can't sell units on the open market, as they imagine that they can?" I think they can. You might be an expert in this area, so if you doubt them, give them a call.

I'd appreciate what ever expert information you could provide.

Thanks!
