I thought crosscomm was taking share from pmcs in the gigabit token switching market? And isn't SAP getting into the merchant semiconductor business too? It's just a simple swap out for the vendors to integrate a new chip isn't it? I don't think PMCS is going to make the quarter with all of these market share losses.

And then of course PMCS is using net zero couponing to win more business...that's really a losing way to do business.
