Hi,
Were you in the doghouse during the drilling break or watching through binoculars and timing the kelly downs? The last time I saw a good drilling break, we had to mud up for a week. Finally we had to add lead additives-barite wasn't heavy enough to get up to 18 pound mud. About the only thing that kept us from ending up on the moon was a three story high BOP stack (that baby was usually used on offshore rigs). Unfortunately, the above mentioned well was abandoned at just a little over 17000 feet BSL.

I didn't see anything on the seismic data I have seen for this area to suggest the possibility of an overpressured zone (excepting the most westerly structure on RLN lands). I guess I will have to just wait for testing results.
