Brady, I am as discouraged as you are. But I am also more hopeful than you are.

On a comparative scale, Zulu is about to begin trading as a publicly audited company on Nasdaq--and you're complaining! I have no complaint with this.

Zulu is competitively rated, by Merklermedia, among 16 similar companies; yet only three (Zulu, Doubleclick and FlyCast) have Best in Class status. This is not a case of winning a trophy by being the only entrant.

We are near a critical juncture where all will be clearly understood one way or the other. So why not wait it out? What else are you going to do? Helping to destroy my optimism isn't going to solve anything, is it?

There's an element out that that has had nothing but gloom and doom predictions from day one. I refuse to become victim to their designs, their agenda-laden intentions. This crowd has been proven wrong over and over again.

I'm telling ya that, right now, we've got a bad share price due to marketing making expectations that the two stocks combined will soar. For Zulu it will represent the third or fourth run-up for these market makers. I'm telling ya, they're a happy bunch and they're about to get happier!

Way back during the $1.50 pop, guess what happened before Zulu began its surge upward? The stock dipped from .17 to .12 cents, they let somebody in, and then, boom, it exploded upward. Brady, it's gonna happen again! Are you forgetting that we've seen this before?

So don't be so discouraged. Keep your chin up! That's probably what you would have told your little friend had he not come back with a trophy. So why say this now when you've still got a chance to win yours?

Brady, I agree 100%. PartyTime, your lack of objectivity is becoming more extreme and troubling. You really need to take some time away from this thread. I took a week off, and felt much relieved to be done with this thread for a while.

I am not aware of any "obligation" you have to constantly support ZULU, despite all of its warts, or to be on this thread day in and day out. And, even under the most charitable of interpretations of the circumstances, ESVS and ZULU have a hell of a lot of explaining to do, and matters have never looked worse.

I am not taking sides with J.T., who has the diametrically opposite axe to grind, and has demonstrated little or no objectivity either. But your positions appear to me to have become more extreme and desperate as the companies' positions have become more volatile and desperate.

No disrespect to you intended; just asking you to try and be more objective about how tough things are right now.

While I admire Party's enthusiasm, I think you have a better sense of reality here, Brady.

I'm not sure that we'll ever see the prized listing on NASD at the rate these stocks are trading. With the shareholder disdain shown by management, I don't know why anyone would buy stock in either company. From the recent price action I don't think anyone has bought. Market makers aren't driving the stock down, people are selling.

What happened to the hot shot PR firm, Sitrick?. Maybe ESVS didn't pay them either.

I think your plan to write this one off as an educational expense has some merit Brady. Somebody sent their kid to college for a year at my expense.

I agree that Party should not be doing the company's job - let them do some PR for a change. But then, I really don't think they have much of anything good to say, so carry on Party.

Funny how a couple of months ago I was telling myself that I should have more of this stock. Now I tell myself that I have too much.

IMO this has got to be the worst run company I have had the misfortune to own. Even if this thing eventually runs, I think I'd be very happy to get out at breakeven.

As far as the "Best In Class" thing goes I'll tell you a story.

All this "Best in Class" stuff reminds me of weeding through the proposals for new financial and patient mgmt systems at work. Before starting we designed a process to select the best system based on the experience of some other organizations, as well as some consultants.

One of the things that came up was "awards" that companies had to show for their system, and what weight we should give them. The unanimous conclusion others gave from their experiences was that we should write off a system that has no awards, because it is really lousy or really new, but don't put any stock in them other than that. There are enough industry awards around that just about anyone can earn one someplace.
