Judging from the reset of the message, I think he meant overbought

William:

Pardon, I did mean overbought, and I do know the difference. Hope I didn't confuse anyone, but in case I did let me clarify.

An overbought security or market has recently experienced a price rise and is vulnerable to a price drop . When a stock has been overbought fewer buyers are left to drive the price up any further.

An oversold security or market recently experienced a price drop and, according to technical analysis may be due for a price increase. If everyone who wanted to sell the stock has done it, there are no longer any sellers left so the price should rise.

Stochastic analysis will often reveal over or under bought potential.
I am neither a student or staunch believer of TA, but refer to it for confirmation of other information.

And, as to SEG I thought we were overbought two days ago, but on relatively low trading volume, so do not have sufficient conviction to sell, yet

Rap.
