I'm impressed with the news release, but...........................
As i've posted numerous times, there are already way too many shares
out.
With 150 million shares they would have to earn $1.5 million for .01
EPS, $3 million for .02 EPS, $15 million for .10 EPS. I hate to say it
but this is just too too unlikely. I HATE reverse splits but.......
What kind of fiduciary responsibility did the BOD/mgt demonstrate by
allowing so many to be issued? I would actually prefer debt to this
outrageous float.
NCTI can't even be a viable takeover candidate despite their excellent
technology as this "little company" would cost a buyer $750 million if
they were to purchase it for $5 per share. I'm afraid NCTI might have
dug a hole for itself.
