Here's a link to the Silicon Investor thread for IGHS: Subject 20453 IMO, unless the deal "sweetens", I don't think it will be worth it. I don't think the price for IGHS will hold anywhere near the $2.00 range over then next couple of weeks. Does anyone have info on the financials for IGHS? How many shares OS? How many in the float? I read a message that indicated the OS were 6,000,000 and the float was 2.2 million. techstocks.com BB's are hard to get info on. And once you get info it still may not be right. Here's a link to a 3 month Yahoo chart on IHGS: quote.yahoo.com Unless something significant happens, I think IGHS has peaked and will now begin a downward trend back to $1.00. This is just my opinion. I would prefer if GBIT's price continued up based on the earnings and revenues which I think it will. Mike

The word is that there has been a lot of short selling due to the Convertible Preferreds....they attract short sellers like stink on you know what. There's a battle going on. It should start getting hot for the shorts over the next few weeks, so hold onto your shares! If the Convertible Preferreds are taken back, and the common shares are locked down with the acquisition, there will be a lot short shares to be covered...<GGG> --tahoe
