"Tell that to the victim's heirs!"

I forget who was in charge, Johnson or Nixon. I cannot remember the exact spelling of the massacre but I suppose Me Lai was the President's fault.....or Dresden was Roosevelt's.

Dropping Smart Bombs (Desert Storm) into someone's (a dictator's) back yard is a political thing. One day, it's okay to crush someone, the next day someone says it's immoral.

I've never lost anyone in a war. I think of Waco as no more or less a war as someone who engaged in Dresden or VietNam. Someone from the FBI could have been killed there. They made the decision, right or wrong.

People put the blame on Clinton. History does not put the blame on Roosevelt or Johnson/Nixon. Waco will not be blamed on Clinton, just my opinion.

So bright boy what would you have done?

It's unfortunate that innocent people were killed but all the FBI did was sit outside the compound for months waiting. Then when they finally put pressure on by pushing down the side of the building David Karesh (check spelling) ended the world for the people inside. Blame the parents that brought their children to such a place. You have proved to me that you are on the right fringe if you believe that you can blame this on Clinton or even Reno. This was a hostage situation at best. You don't negotiate with hostage takers like Regan and Bush did.
