Dear Jeff: Why do you raise this question now? These lawsuits have been around for months. But, to answer your question: No. The lawsuits have not been consolidated or certified. We are waaaay in the beginning of litigation. And, insurance protects us when settlement time comes around.

Jeff - Any lawsuit (regardless of its merit) will cost the company something and distract from its business. I recall Mr. Caputo saying that they were prepared to defend the company's position. I did not think the lawsuit would bring down CMND. Just my opinion.

Nanda, the movement is real. The spread is getting wider. Imbalance? Some short covering is on the way.

Note that CMND (and CBSI) are going up against the market.

Wish all longs do not sell their shares until we break through the IPO price, so that we can fund our early retirement as Nanda wished. Ram
