Ah geez, I spend all this time summarizing the Daily Cal article and Macintouch already has it. And your post slips in before mine.

The street will like the growth this quarter, and I hope Jobs mentions the ComputerWare survey re new users and Wintel converts. (Hmmm, mistyped it as "Winter" instead of "Wintel." Brrrrr.)

I didn't comment last week when the discussion touched on channel stuffing, but twenty iMacs sitting in a Texas showroom do not a stuffed channel make. If this is happening, it will show up in the balance sheet, no doubt. But back when Apple couldn't meet demand on the 8600 and distributors would order 2-3 times what they wanted in order to try to get enough, it didn't result in a stuffed channel, did it?

Let's keep working to try to find out how sales and availability are doing in Japan and Europe.
