Hello all. I am new to the thread as I am now a gold owner again after a couple of dog years of gold prices. I just want to thank everyone for the information and links that have been posted here over the last couple of weeks.
I had no intention of going long on anything during the turbulent markets that we have seen the last few weeks. A couple weeks ago I stumbled across this thread and with all the information posted here hopped back into gold and have caught the run-up.
So once again, thank-you and keep up the good work!
Lonnie.

John,
You mis-understood me, I never said(or intended to say anyway) that all republicans are bad far to the far to the other side.
as to "better the devil you know". I shall recall(or try to -off hand as I don't have my book near-by) a quote from Winston Churchhill during WWII. "If Hitler were to invade Hell, I would at least speak well of Satan on the floor of parliment."
In my mind anyone who would lie to a grand jury in these United States should be in jail. Toward this end, Clinton is the one who said "It's the economy stupid". I feel, that if we are to get him out of the White House, we must drive the DIJA, the Nasdaq 100 and the S&P below start of year numbers and the US dollar far lower . Many in the US view (incorrectly to my way of thinking) that nothing else, concerning the President, matters so long as their own base economy stays good, they can watch football on Sunday with a beer in hand, and have a nice dinner with the family.
Toward that end, I am asking (not as investment advice but instead as a political push to the greater good)to sell everything you feel would best hurt this President, and buy anything that would most hurt this President, the broader stock market. Be aware, this may well cost you money, perhaps lots of it! What is worth more, money or freedom?
