I can't believe the blackmail going on by the states. FLA just got another $1.7 Bln and more ad restrictions from tobacco. I must say, I agree with DK's grand strategy he announced in "Part 3" of his post. I don't like the way the states', who willingly sold tobacco products in some cases, and collected taxes in every case is suing the industry. I just hate it! Anyway, I think shorting some of those puts may be a good idea md1, now that I've learned a little more on options. However, I'm looking at the 40s as a safer bet. I am not totally confident MO will hold this level without a firm announcement of a settlement... That seems to be what everyone wants. As for the Florida $500 Bln case, I sure hope the judge realizes the sheer absurdity of the case, and heeds the judgements made in other courts around the nation, and the decision that went against the FDA. later, choo choo baby, geoff
