I assume you mean by buying PAIR on margin? I agree that PAIR is a better value, and a much safer buy. Real revenues, real PROFITS, just caught in the switches while the RBOCs scratch their asses on deployment.

I would certainly buy PAIR over WSTL; both are relatively near unprecedented lows.

WSTL is riskier, but if it turns, it will yield % returns much higher than PAIR. WSTL is a real speculative gamble and if that were to pay off, you could easily see WSTL rocket back up to the low 20's and so we are talking about returns of greater than 500%; you aren't going to likely get that with PAIR with the upside at best the high 20's.
