Dear Jeff: You're welcome. I was addressing the lawsuits filed with regard to the CMND stock drop after 1st Quarter earnings. With regard to the non-registration problem, that is even less of a problem. Look at the latest 10Q or my earlier posts herein (or on Yahoo--these may be easier to find since I clearly captioned the discussion on this issue). CMND's non-registration problem only involves 100,000 out of the 335,000 unregistered shares. CMND's former securities lawfirm has agreed to hold CMND harmless.
