Since this isn't the place for a battle of the wits that you are obviously, un-armed for, this will be my last response to you on this issue. My age: 34 And yes I have read a few law books, business law in particular, which is why I know what trouble you are headed for. Why do you think I am old? Don't matter any way. NIR is a spec play, and one that I have made money on already. Either way, I can afford to loose the money, but I havn't gotten into the position of being able to afford to loose in this issue, by loosing in any others. In laymans terms for you, I have done my homework, and I know I will still make much more money on Napier. And, I couldn't care less about your relatives, or you for that matter, so go ahead and continue to make a fool of yourself. Later, AL
