darrell you wrote^^^That is a bad sign, and if thats the case it is illegal for the company not to provide the answers. I have been in charge of 2 public companies and never had a problem with giving out the information. Only reason not to is if something is wrong. i asked the entire thread on the new company i told you i was looking into not peso about the share total they all said jack said he doesnt have to tell because he is a non reporting bb. --------------------------------------------------------------------- as far as 504 from ta on peso the ta's policy on all the stocks they hold certs for is to only give out total shares outstanding rest is private i will post ta phone # try for yourself thanks for all your suggestions i never saw a bb that didnt do 504's right before they announce something big, thats one reason people are so down on bb's in general avti sounds great cav
