This thread is dead. I, for one, am sorry to see it go the way of so many others. As a lurker, I have enjoyed for over a year the posts of many thoughtful market watchers. However, that time has come and gone. To those of you who have contributed to the former greatness of this thread, I wish to extend my personal thanks. There are too many of you to name so I'll not even try. However, to the thread killers, and you all know who you (they) are I say, I hope you are happy with what you have accomplished. I, myself, chose to expend my intellectual energy trying to beat this market. Regards,
