Interesting questions to Eiten. He's feeling like now is the time to sell his shares to meet payroll?!!-is NUOA his only account? My guess is he didn't get to be a stock rep honcho by holding on to losers, however little he makes from them after cutting losses. Call me the resident cynic.

To Jerry, NUOA will not go away. Don't forget about the options to purchase FXWA shares. When the option is exercised it will be worth 1 for 2. However, how knows when we will get the shares! I think the timing of the distribution will be determined by the success of the business. Fred could also use those shares to grow the business.

If the business makes money we will be rewarded eventually.
