If you need written confirmation about the court ordered 4.4 million share buyback into the open market by the end of the month, why don't you take the court case # from the company's release and call up the court house in Las Vegas for this information.

Another suggestion is to ask Jeffry Mitchell if he can get you this written confirmation from Mr. Marchese.

Why? What is it you don't understand about this? Two days ago Marcasse said he hadn't received any court order, so what would he know about it?

I have written many times that making some phone call to the company, or to some court clerk doesn't constitute due diligence to me. I don't care what some court clerk THINKS the lawsuit means, I want to READ it myself. Stop being so naive. Do you believe everything you read in the newspapers?
