Victor, "disposed" in this case probably means that they distributed the shares to VC fund investors. I can't think of anything else it could mean in this case (if it were smaller amounts from and individual rather than a VC fund, it could be a gift or charitable donation). Expect to see a wave of smallish 144 filings like we had in Feb-Mar of this year (unless they slipped a registration statement by us to cover these shares).
