I had the thought some time ago that they were waiting on a confirmation from Ira Monas, either because he was the recipient of some form of stock that needed to be accounted for or because he was "Management" in 1996 and they wanted some representation from him. Maybe this is not what's holding things up, but I doubt Ira would be signing or confirming anything for Firamada now. However if this was the case (or for any other reason of unresolved delay) they could footnote it to the statements and move on to 1997/98. At this point, no one cares about 1996 and any disclosure cannot hurt the stock anymore than it is now by lack of any financials. (Unless it is a going concern problem?) What else could it be?
