You mentioned your abode in wine country. May that be wine and cheese country? If Napa valley beith the place, I can tell you without doubt one of my favourite places in all this world is Domaine Chandon (sp?)...love to sit out on the patio on a warm spring day and be served lunch, with a bottle of their fine white wine chilled. Now, if I can just find some sucka to pay for the tab.....!
