I am suggesting that many signs of fraud are present. I do not believe it is premature to suggest that when they (the signs) are really there. Aquisitions, noname one person auditor out of state, outrageous contracts, earnings that don't deliver, unusual dividend declaration, and involved in many 'hot' businesses with virtually no cash--just our money, and few employees. It doesn't help our case long term if insiders own a lot of stock unless they are growing legitimate businesses. If they communicated honestly and effectively explained a few of these definite red flags then maybe this thread wouldn't be addressing these legitimate issues so much. I know the price weakness brings on pessimism but these are issues that we deserve clarification on regardless of the stock price. My avg price is about 1 1/4 so I've lost less in pctg terms than others here but that really isn't the point. Yes, it is premature to accuse, but not to suspect. Sorry to be so negative, but this I see more hype than hope in this company. Until significant changes are made I plan to get out on the next hype ride up, if it is even possible now. Ted
